We almost have the master bathroom back!

He installed the cabinets today and also the toilet. Here are a few more pictures and the some ugly before shots so you can see just how far we have come!

Before - master bath

They just have to put the sinks in and do some touch up work on some tiles and then it's all ours! Whew!

That's a great improvement.

I really like the look of that shower head.

What a difference! Your project is very inspiring to those of us who are still "before"s.

A warning...we bought one of those open-ended toilet paper holders that you have now in your master bath. It looks really cool, but the toilet paper roll comes off very easily when it is less than half or a third full. Any ideas about how to make it stay on? We were thinking about installing it vertically, kind of like one of those countertop paper towel holder.

Thanks! Hmm, I can see how that would be a problem with the tp holder. In the spare bathroom we actually didn't install anything to the wall and instead have one of those standing holders which has worked out well. Maybe putting something on the end would keep the roll on? Maybe a plastic piece that locks the paper in place. I guess I'll find out soon.
