I stopped to comment because I was looking at your favorite movies and books. Atwood is not a common favorite for Americans (I'm American too) - I personally found the Edible Woman to be her worst work (in my opinion of course!). I love Bluebeard's Egg (short stories) and Oryx & Crake. I'm so happy to hear that someone else likes her! I'll have to take some time to read the rest of your blog.
Nightmare b4 xmas: I still laugh when I think of the scene where the snake is eating the xmas tree and the little kid is screaming his head off. So hilarious!
